Return Policy

 If you have a question about your return, please e-mail us your order number, tracking number for the return tracking and package description along with your question or concern.  

14-Day Return Policy (from date of receipt):

Vena Lingerie values your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return your items for a refund or exchange. A refund will be issued less shipping fees. Returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging with tags and sanitary protection intact (NO EXCEPTIONS). Please ensure that you wear undergarments when trying on. We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way. Complete sets must be returned or the item will not be accepted. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 10 days from the date of receipt. We also reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who, in our opinion, makes excessive returns and exchanges. Please note only full priced items are acceptable for a refund or exchange. Items received after the 14-day period or in a condition that is not compliant with our return policy will be shipped back at the customer’s expense without a refund. 

International exchanges are subject to additional shipping charges.

 

Procedure for Returns:

Please use the address listed below. Add the original shipping slip paper. Use the original (or similar) box. We strongly recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages. All refunds are issued in the original form of payment. Refunds are issued within 30 days of receipt of the original returned merchandise. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the refund is processed. Please allow sufficient time for the credit to appear on your account statement. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
